I'm not sure you can directly. The image in the post is actually posted on Instagram, and merely referenced here using HTML code.
(In fact, there's a complicated chain of events that puts the post here. I post the photo to instagram, and then a plugin on my WordPress blog, which is my primary website, picks it up and posts it there, at which time another WordPress plugin crossposts it to LJ, Dreamwidth, and Tumblr.)
